Veg Crispy ⎪ How to make veg crispy

When you have a refrigerator full of veggies you can either think of making pav bhaji, veg pulao, hakka noodles or biryani. I do the same sometimes, well mostly, well all the time to be precise, but this time I thought of making an appetizer i long desired to eat. I thought it was going to be messy and quite a hassle, so I kept procrastinating preparing this dish. But finally after looking up some videos on YouTube and reading a few recipes online, I invented my very own version of Veg Crispy. I hope you find it easy to make and fall in love with this dish just as me and my husband did 🙂 Voila! There it is!!
