When I first heard about these kebabs I was quite intrigued to try them out. And trust me they just tasted yum! They are prepared with fresh ingredients that just melt in your mouth. I’m sure it will be a precious jewel in a crown at your table.
Ingredients
- 300 g thick yoghurt
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 125g shredded/crumbled paneer
- 1/2 cup finely chopped coriander
- 1 small chopped onion
- 1 tsp chopped ginger and garlic
- 2 finely chopped green chillies
- 1 tsp garam masala powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- Oil to shallow fry
- Salt to taste
Pre time : 10 mins | Cooking Time : 15mins | Serves :3-4 |
Procedure

Shred Paneer in a bowl, add yoghurt, chopped green chillies, onion, coriander and mix well

Add in the bread crumbs, salt and all the spice powders

Add ginger and garlic and Mix all the ingredients well before refrigerating the mixture until your ready to fry them

Make small balls of the mixture and flatten them with your palm. Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry them on medium heat.

Your mouth watering dahi kebabs are ready to be served with green chutney or tomato sauce
